Pathways Programme is a positive work focused experience that focuses on moving customers on towards their personal goals and independence. Customer choice, empowerment, tailored support and open dialogue between ourselves and the customer are critiical to that experience.

Our aim is to empower, encourage and motivate individuals to develop and achieve work-focused action plans. To change peoples lives for the better.

We Offer...

• 1-2-1 Guidance sessions.
  
• A personalised action plan that includes clear job goal and progress steps that optimise the individuals capabilities, address barriers and regularly review progress.
• Consider eligibility for an extra £40 per week Return to Work Credit tax free for 1 year, plus other Grant and Funding information.
• Free help with your CV in our CV Workshops, completing Job Application Support and Interview Techniques practice.
• An in-work Better off Calculation (BOC) to calculate how much income you could receive upon commencing employment.
• Free support with job hunting, plus free access to newspapaers and the internet.
• Free jobs and Job-Specific Training with local employers and training providers.
• Continue to provide support to you and your employer even after you have started work.
• Fully understand your tax credit benefit protection options.

Eligibility to Join Our Programme

Living within a Pathways area of Wigan, Leigh or Stockport (please call for detail)
Aged 16-59
In receipt of one of the following benefits...

• Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
• Incapacity Benefit (IB)
• Income Support on ground of Incapacity (IS)
• Income Support on Disability Premium
• Income Support whilst appealing against a decision that you are incapable of work
• Severe Disablement Allowance (SDA)
  
• National Insurance Credits on the grounds of Incapacity
• Housing Benefit with a Disability Premium or Council Tax with a disability premium
• DLA provided the recipient is not in receipt of JSA and not in paid work for 16 hours or more
• War Pension where it includes the Unemployability Supplement
• Industrial Industries Benefit, where this includes an Unemployability Supplement
• A benefit equivalent to Incapacity Benefit
