If you are planning to reduce staff numbers, we offer a range of services designed to assist your employees and minimise disruption to your business (most of the services are provided free of charge).

- Skills analysis to establish the existing competencies of those needing to find another job

The majority of the services shown are delivered on site at the employer's premises or at one of our training centres. By using a combination of interactive workshops and one-to-one consultations, our consultants will equip employees with the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to ease the transition from redundancy to a new job.
We work closely with Government agencies such as the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) and Jobcentre Plus (JC+) and can assist you in drawing in as much support as you need.
