A well-trained workforce can make a real and positive impact on your business success, keeping you ahead of the competition and boosting your productivity and staff retention rates.  Funded by the Learning and Skills Council, Train to Gain is a Government backed initiative designed to make sure that businesses receive the best skills advice and choose the most appropriate training to help them succeed.

Train to Gain involves work-based training and assessment of your staff, leading to the achievement of a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ). 

Training and assessment are free of charge up to NVQ Level 2 and we can provide subsidised training at Levels 3 and 4.
