Analysis of our Customer "Your Say" feedback Questionnaires during the period October 2008 to April 2009 has shown that overall our Customers are Very Satisfied with the Service they receive from us.  Below is a summary of the analysis results :-

• 67% of our Customers are very satisfied with their programme or service
• 62% of our Customers are very satisfied with the facilities we offer
• 74% of our Customers are very satisfied with the support they receive from Work Solutions staff
• 89% of our Customers are very satisfied with the friendliness of Work Solutions staff
• 76% of our Customers are very satisfied with the information they receive from us
• 83% of our Customers are very satisfied with being treated fairly and equally
• 51% of our Customers are very satisfied with the support they receive from their employer or placement 
• 52% of our Customers are very satisfied with Work Solutions IT facilities
• 98% of our Customers feel more confident after their time with Work Solutions
• 97% of our Customers are Happy or Very Happy they have learnt new skills whilst with Work Solutions
• 98% of our Customers are Happy or Very Happy about deciding what to do next
• 93% of our Customers are Happy or Very Happy they have gained some qualifications whilst with Work Solutions
• 92% of our Customers are Happy or Very Happy about getting onto another course after their time with Work Solutions
• 92% of our Customers are Happy or Very Happy about getting a job whilst with Work Solutions
• 98% of our Customers are would recommend us to Friends or Family
