Hundreds Give Their Say As Feedback Campaign Launches

The revised system for gathering client and learner feedback has got off to a good start with hundreds of people letting us know what they think of our work.  
At the last ‘Feedback Week', we launched Surveymonkey as our new system for capturing Customer Feedback, and the results have been pretty good!

So far, nearly 400 questionnaires were completed in the first four weeks, and some of the key findings have included:
·    Three quarters of customers come to us for help to get a job
·    95% of customers are either ‘fairly' or ‘very' satisfied with our service
·    95% of customers are either ‘fairly' or ‘very' happy about their progress towards getting a job
·    More than 99 per cent of customers would recommend us to other people!
