Training in the workplace
Training for employees ranges from literacy and numeracy to Foundation Degrees in Management. Our learning is accredited through nationally recognised qualifications. We offer short, accredited courses including Health & Safety, Using IT in the Workplace and Food Hygiene. Much of our training for employers is funded through the Government's 'Train to Gain' initiative.
Returning to work
We offer employability and occupational training to help you develop your skills ready for your next job. Our training courses typically last between two and twenty-six weeks. All will improve your general employment skills; many are linked to job opportunities with particular employers.
