e2e TutorWe need people who can support young people who often have difficulties with traditional learning programmes. You must get on with young people, and understand some of the issues facing them to produce programmes that they find engaging and useful. Strong planning and administrative skills are a must, and teaching or training qualifications are required.
Youth Focused Employment and Training ConsultantsYour role will be varied, and you can expect each day to be different. You will help us to provide intensive individual support to clients, who are often on the margins of mainstream society and need help with issues including drugs, homelessness, immigration laws and deprivation. Working with young adults, aged between 16 and 18, you’ll have a good grounding of the issues affecting them and the barriers facing disadvantaged people.
