Employment and RegenerationPartnership, established in 2000, is a not-for-profit organisation. Since 2000, Work Solutions has grown in terms of staffing, turnover, geographical coverage and range of services offered.Today Work Solutions has over 300 staff and delivers a wide variety of services focussed upon employability, skills and recruitment from 22 Work Solutions sites as well as within prisons, employers’ and other partners’ premises.

Work Solutions have strong working relationships with local authorities and their wider partnerships.Engagement with local authorities includes five local authorities having Directors on our Board.

We work closely with community and voluntary sector organisations to deliver learning programmes and provide work experience.Such work includes Groundwork Trusts, The Big Life Company and Housing Associations.

We enjoy well developed relationships with a wide range of employers for whom we deliver a variety of recruitment and training services.Employers are key players on the Work Solutions Board, with senior representation from employers including Royal Bank of Scotland, The Cooperative Group and Fujitsu. This employer presence contributes to driving operations and the direction of the company.
