Work Solutions offer a wide range of training opportunities for employers, employees or people looking for employment. If you are in work already you have two routes to choose from. You can either learn through, (learndirect) in one of our centres or online, or you can learn at your place of work with one of our trainers.
We specialise in level 1 & 2 training and accredit all our learning with nationally recognised qualifications. Examples include, Health & Safety, Using IT in the Workplace, Call Handling, and Customer Service. We also deliver Foundation Management at level 3 for learners who are seeking to develop their management skills.
We offer employability training to help you develop your skills ready for the workplace. Our programmes range from 1 week to 1 year. Some aim to improve your general employment skills; most are linked to specific job opportunities.
