Work Solutions is one of the largest operating companies in the North-West based, not-for-profit, Manchester Solutions Group. With over 250 staff working across Greater Manchester and beyond and an annual turnover in excess of £13m Work Solutions is a major provider of employment, recruitment and skills services to employers, local people and Government.
We work with partners in the public, private, community and voluntary sectors to deliver services aimed at improving skills and securing employment for unemployed, economically inactive and low-skilled people. Over 400 employers are using our services at any one time to source, recruit and train their staff. Our employer customers include 'blue-chip nationals', small and medium-sized businesses and the public sector.
Work Solutions has a network of centres providing a presence across Greater Manchester and beyond. We work in close collaboration with local authorities, Jobcentre Plus, the Learning & Skills Council (LSC) and Ministry of Justice to significantly improve the employment prospects for local people.
Our 'employability services' have been judged as being 'Outstanding' by the Government's Inspectorate (click here to access our Inspection Report) and we are accredited against the Investors in People, Matrix and ISO9001 standards. The company has won national recognition both as an organisation, and for its services:

We work with over 20,000 people every year to improve their skills and job prospects and place 360 people every month into work. Over 21,000 people have found employment through Work Solutions since the company was established in 2000.
